  I showed up to get a paint match. I asked how busy they were and roughly how long to get it done. I understand it takes some time to get a match. A woman named Brittany was very rude and smiled when she stated that it would take almost 2 hours. She couldn't tell the sheen and kept on stating that she has to dry it before she could work on it like drying paint under a heat gun was a long and complicated process. Then she went back into the office and started chit chating without even working on it. When i asked how it was going she continued to tell me that she has to dry it and it's going to take about 2 hours, then she again went into the office to talk and giggle. Finally another employee asked if I'd been helped. I said not really and she took over and got my paint ready. Brittany was completely unprofessional and rude. I come to sherwin williams stores 3 to 4 times a week and from now on will be avoiding the eagle store. This was the worst service I've ever had from this company. I would like to thank Cynthia for stepping up and actually working on the match. She turned my 2 hours that Brittany told me into a half hour which was much more reasonable and was polite when she helped unlike Brittney
